Change Management & Career Transition Training

MaZie Global Solutions has developed the curriculum and provided ongoing customized on-site Business Management Training for U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) contractors.  Subjects taught include management, managerial leadership, organizational development, change management, change leadership, corporate culture, and team building.

The company is also under contract to facilitate congressionally mandated U.S. Department of Labor Employment Workshops (DOLEW) to separating and retiring members of the U.S. Military.  MaZie Global Solutions has been instrumental in the career success of over 1000 American Veterans by delivering dynamic and contemporary military to civilian career transition training.

Information Technology (IT) Management & Training

MaZie Global Solutions’ teaming arrangements with associates who have over thirty years of diverse expertise in legacy platforms, such as the Unisys OS2200, positions the company as the ideal small business to manage and train staff on a variety of technologies.

Unisys experience with pertinent Federal agencies include U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) (top secret environment), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Internal Revenue Service (IRS). MaZie Global Solution’s associates have authored or collaborated in writing the “play book” on using many of the OS2200 system software processes, such as configuration management, system software, performance and communication environment.  In addition, associates have years of experience with IRS's source control configuration management system, utilizing their primary tool, SQuA (Software Quality Assurance), which supports the development environment and the transmittal system process used to migrate software to the production environment.
