Darlene  Richeson- CEO

Darlene Richeson has over 30 years of business experience and has excelled as an executive with several of the top corporations in the United States. Included are 20 years of domestic and international government relations experience in Washington, DC. As Vice President, Federal Government Relations for Verizon and as Director of Federal Government Relations for GTE and AT&T, she was responsible for performing legislative and regulatory advocacy and formulating policy on myriad telecommunications and internet issues. At the three corporations, she developed and fostered relationships with Congressional delegations, House & Senate Committees, Leadership, Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC).

Darlene has also conducted significant change management and career transition training on behalf of Department of Labor and its contractors.

Darlene is a Brookings Institution Congressional Fellow, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree from University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Management from Widener University, Chester, PA. She has completed executive management programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University in NH and Columbia Graduate School of Business in NYC. She also studied in Tokyo, Japan while with Brookings. Darlene serves on the Boards of several non-profit organizations. She is Vice President of the School of Education, Social Sciences and the Arts (SESA) Executive Board at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), where she has developed an Advocacy Workshop for the Doctoral Program in Organizational Leadership. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Webster University Graduate School of Business & Technology.
